I am a chiropractor and teacher of life, health, healing, and wholeness whose passion for spreading the philosophy, science, and art of chiropractic is unmatched. 

My message is one that allows an individual to connect with their inborn intelligence thereby optimizing their healing potential and creative talents.

I understand the necessary components required in achieving optimal health.

My perspective stems from a background involving sports, music, yoga, and biology. This perspective allows me to truly offer people a way to find balance within themselves while creating a body that is strong and flexible and exploding with “motion for life”.

After graduating from the University of California at Irvine in 1996 with a degree in biology, I entered Palmer College of Chiropractic- West, one of the world's most prestigious chiropractic schools. It was there I received the Virgil Strange Award for the student with visionary ideas and excellence in chiropractic.

 In 2001, I returned to Los Angeles to open The Life Center Chiropractic, a unique studio that incorporates the latest in computer technology with the most advanced chiropractic technique in the profession.

It is no surprise that Olympic athletes, pregnant women, artists, students, and yoga masters get their nervous systems “turned on” at The Life Center Chiropractic.

This center was created with the sole purpose and intention of providing a home for those who chose to master the art of self-healing and exploration.

Outside of The Life Center Chiropractic, I also teach Yogic Anatomy at yoga teacher trainings around Southern California (Saul David Raye, Matthew Cohen, and Hala Khouri, to name a few).
